Surplus or Cash Aid

The above refrigerators, freezers, and stoves are surplus of ÖBO in Örebro Sweden which could

be donated to many developing countries in Africa if we are to meet the 2015 deadline of eradicating poverty in the World-goals set by the United Nations. Instead these are being

thrown away or call it recycle. Sweden is instead giving aid to African Governments in cash
instead of materials such as above or equipments such as hospital equipment, farming, educational, among others to help people of these African countries help themselves.
We have suggested on many occassions that material help to the people is much better and
very effective than sending hugh amount of money to African governments for development-
money that usually endup in the pockets of the government officials and not the ordinary people. We advice DIRECT HELP TO THE PEOPLE TO HELP THEMSELVES.
Örebro city council pays sek 54,000:- every month the collection the so call recycle materials
such as refrigerators, and household appliances, furniture, electronics among others.
We have suggested a pilot program where these materials will be loaded into a container and
shipped to the suffering people in war torn countries in Africa. Each container cost appro.
sek.18,000:-thus saving the city council and the tax payers sek. 36,000:- every month. seconly
and most importantly, these materials are going to people who needed them. Örebro city will
be lifting the standard of living of these people by this action. Is this possible? YES. I did it, and
continue to do it. Please join me. You see improvements in the lives of the ordinary people
every time.

Liberia among them, Healthcare delivery, Education,
and Farming/Transport. Details are at the end of page.

Kpaytuo Health Center

Kpaytuo Health Center 2006

This health Center was established in 1982 with help of a Swedish

surgeon who was then working for Lamco. During the 14 year civil

war the center was damaged and plundered of the equipment. It was

restablished in 2006 with medical equipment and supplies from Örebro.

The Swedish UN contingent helped with the transport of container

from Monrovia to Kpaytuo about 80 Swedish miles away from the seaport.
